See you in Amsterdam next October, from 9th to 11th: CAE will be at the Meteorological Technology World Expo
CAE will be one of the exhibitors at the Meteorological Technology World Expo, the international exhibition that will take place in Amsterdam next October 2018, from 9th to 11th.
It is the most important European meeting dedicated to companies and institutions that work in the field of weather and hydrometeorological forecasts and surveys. The event - now in its eighth edition - attracts more than 200 exhibitors and thousands of visitors from over 100 countries all over the world.
It is a unique opportunity to see and touch first-hand the latest measurement and analysis technologies, on the occasion of an international exhibition visited by several decision makers who work for national and regional weather service providers, harbour and airport shipping companies and other companies controlling transportation infrastructures, off-shore exploration companies, wind farm operators, agriculture operators and research institutes.
CAE will participate in the exhibition for the fifth year in a row, both as an international leader presenting multi-risk monitoring and alert technologies, and as a company willing to confront other ones, to look for new starting points, technological synergies with other global operators, and to explore new horizons in order to face future challenges.
At our booth (n° 5030 in Hall 8 inside Amsterdam exhibition centre) we will be happy to present our new stand-alone rain gauge for rain intensity measurement, with integrated 3g modem, designed to avoid any breakdown thanks to robustness and diagnostics. Moreover, we will show our 3D web platform DSS and our powerful, scalable and innovative datalogger, characterized by an embedded Linux operating system and an interactive web server on board.
We will be at your disposal in order to provide you with information, dedicated meetings, specific studies, solutions and proposals, always in the name of innovation for the protection of environment and, especially, of human lives.
This year CIMO TECO-2018 (Technical Conference on meteorological and environmental instruments and methods of observation) will be held alongside Meteorological Technology World Expo. The conference is for experts in instruments and methods of observation from national meteorological and hydrological services, research institutes and the private sector, thus enabling exchange of experience and achievements in operational measurement practices, as well as in the latest developments in instrumentation, observing systems and related services.
