(Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and related implementing legislation (hereinafter the GDPR))

The protection of your personal data is very important for us. We therefore wish to inform you which data will be processed in the event that you send your curriculum vitae or fill out the application forms available on the website www.cae.it (hereinafter, the "Site"), as well as the related processing purposes. In any case, you can contact the data controller indicated below for any questions concerning the processing of your personal data.

Data provided by the candidates

All data entered and recorded through the Site is conferred directly by you and will be processed for the purposes of: (i) assessment of your profile, attitudes and professional skills; (ii) recruitment and selection of personnel; (iii) scheduling of selection activities. In this phase of research and selection of personnel, CAE SPA needs to collect only the data related to the possible belonging to protected categories, without further details; therefore, we invite you not to include any sensitive information in your curriculum vitae (relating, for example, to health status, religious beliefs and political opinions).

The provision of personal data requested in the application form is mandatory. Failure to provide such data will make it impossible to submit your application. It is possible to provide additional personal data, including any sensitive data, which will be processed for the same purposes as indicated above.

The processing for the purposes indicated in points i), ii) and iii) will be carried out only with your express consent.

Safety

The processing of the aforesaid data will be carried out in compliance with the current regulations, by means of paper, computerized and telematic means with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

To this end, we have prepared both technical and organizational safeguards, in order to preserve the data you provide from any random or voluntary manipulation, loss, damage, destruction or access by unauthorized third parties. Our safety processes are regularly checked and adapted to technological progress.

Use and communication of data

Your personal data will only be accessible to processors appointed by the owner. The data may be communicated to partners and suppliers that support the Company in the provision of this website. Should the Company communicate your personal data to third parties (e.g. regarding the services to which you have subscribed), these will act as autonomous data controllers.

Place and period of storage of personal data

Your personal data will be stored on servers available to the data controller, located in the European Union. Your personal data will be kept for one year from the date of submission of the application or from the date of the update of an application previously submitted.

Applicant's rights

We remind you that you have the right to assert the rights referred to in articles 15-22 of the GDPR.

In particular, you are entitled:

- to obtain information in relation to the purposes for which your personal data are processed, to the period of processing and to the subjects to whom the data are communicated (right of access);

- to obtain the correction or integration of inaccurate personal data concerning you (so-called rectification right);

- to obtain the cancellation of personal data concerning you in the following cases (a) the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected; (b) You have withdrawn your consent to the processing of data if they are processed on the basis of your consent; (c) You have objected to the processing of your personal data in the event that they are processed for our legitimate interest; or (d) the processing of your personal data does not comply with the law. However, we would like to point out that the preservation of personal data by the Company is lawful if it is necessary to enable it to fulfill a legal obligation or to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court (so-called cancellation right);

- to obtain that personal data concerning you are only stored without any further use being made of them in the following cases (a) You dispute the accuracy of personal data for the period necessary to enable us to verify the accuracy of such data personal; (b) the processing is unlawful but you oppose the cancellation of personal data by us; (c) personal data are necessary for the assessment, exercise or defense of a right in court; (d) You have opposed the processing and are awaiting the verification of the possible prevalence of our legitimate reasons to the treatment with respect to those of the interested party (c.f. restriction right);

- to get the cessation of treatment in cases where your personal data are processed for our legitimate interest and you dispute the existence of this interest (right of opposition);

- to receive, in a format of common use, readable by automatic and interoperable device, personal data concerning you processed by automated means, if they are processed under contract or on the basis of your consent (so-called portability right).
