Safeguarding the confidentiality of personal data of our parties is our highest priority and commitment. This information is provided in accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196/03 - with regard of personal data protection of individuals who interact with web services that are accessible electronically from the following address: http://www.cae.it belonging to CAE S.p.A

Under the Article 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, CAE S.p.A, in quality of the owner, provides the following information:

  1. data collected will be entered and stored in our database for future use related to employment within the Company.
  2. the activity of storage, preservation, maintenance, up-keeping of personal information of candidates, fully comply with regulations related to personal data security and privacy.
  3. to qualify for employment opportunities within our Organisation, the provision of personal data as required is compulsory. Refusing to do so, will determine the exclusion from the Company database.
  4. under the above mentioned regulation and its amendments, personal data provided will not be shared with other parties. It could however be communicated to personnel agencies with whom CAE may be cooperating at that time, according to the Privacy Protection Code.

Article 7 Legislative Decree 196/2003 
("Right of access to personal data and other relevant rights")

  1. The party has the right to obtain confirmation of the use of his or her personal data, even if the latter has not yet been recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
  2. The party has the right to obtain indications on: 
    a) source of personal data, 
    b) the purposes and methods of treatment, 
    c) the logic applied in case of treatment with the help of electronic means; 
    d) the identity of the holder , the responsible and the representative appointed pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2; 
    e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
  3. The interested party also has the right to:
    a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; 
    b) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of personal data processed in violation of the law, including those which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; 
    c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated , unless such fulfilment proves impossible or involves means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
  4. The individual has, finally, the right to object, in whole or in part:
    a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data concerning him, even to the scope of the collection; 
    b) to the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
