Organization

CAE counts with more than 100 permanent employees. About half of them are graduated engineers, as a confirmation of the importance given by the Company to research and technical-operational capacity. Major fields of competence are electronic engineering, mechanical engineering and tele-communications.

The working methodology, based on four strategic areas, favours the sharing of objectives and multi-sector cooperation. This line guides either internal or external relations with Clients: the success of a project is built together by all involved functions, devoting to it their best endeavors.
