History

CAE is a Company working from 1977 in the field of Environmental Monitoring. Focused on research, development, engineering and construction of technologies for surveying and measurement of atmospheric phenomena, CAE acquired during the years the benchmark role for all Institutions responsible for the management of emergencies, safeguard of populations, infrastructures and the environment.

Its history brought CAE on first line together with Civil Protection and others national and regional Agencies, to face the most disruptive natural calamities that affected our Nation during the past 30 years.

Thanks to the interaction and the permanent contact with its clients, the Company is steadily evolving, in the endeavour of identifying and engineering always innovative solutions, to allow users a more reliable and exact interpretation of hydro-meteorological phenomena.

The history of CAE, in a sense, is the history of the most considerable hydro-meteorological phenomena that have hit Italy in recent years.

At the Civil Protection’s side, as a key technological partner, CAE has conducted important actions in zones struck by environmental emergency, promptly and frequently intervening in critical conditions, in order to assist the civil protection in putting the hit areas in safety, guaranteeing safety of the populations.

This aspect of CAE’s activity is axed on the personal involvement of the single, together with the closest cooperation with the others, what is favouring a stimulating climate in which everyone’s commitment is combined in the innovation and the continuous development of the company.
